Todd Doze brings over 20 years of healthcare and revenue cycle expertise to his role as Chief Executive Officer at Janus Health. With a passion for leveraging technology to enhance revenue capture, Doze is dedicated to empowering health systems to reinvest in the patients and communities they serve. Previously, Doze served as CEO of Alpha II, a SaaS company offering coding and reimbursement analytics software to over 120,000 providers nationwide. His leadership journey includes pivotal roles at Healthcare Payment Specialists and TransUnion, along with co-founding Trinity Healthcare Resources. Starting his career as a consultant at Southwest Consulting Associates, he holds a BA from Southwestern University and an MBA from Texas Christian University. Outside of work, Doze finds joy in family time, tennis, travel, cooking, skiing, boating, cribbage, and playing piano.
John Garcia, with over two decades of expertise in healthcare technology, serves as Chief Product Officer at Janus Health. Spearheading product development, Garcia drives the strategy, vision, and design of new features and solutions to meet evolving customer needs. Before joining Janus Health, he served as CPO of Revecore, specializing in revenue integrity and complex claims solutions. Garcia’s leadership journey includes pivotal roles at FinThrive, TransUnion Healthcare, and Healthcare Payment Specialists, where he pioneered innovative analytics and workflow automation solutions. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas and holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business.
Jamie Hill-Walters, CRCR, serves as Chief Customer Officer at Janus Health, bringing with her nearly 20 years of healthcare revenue experience. As CCO, Hill-Walters leads Janus Health’s client-centric strategy, overseeing the delivery of exceptional client experience and ensuring our products, services, and operations are aligned with client needs and expectations. Prior to joining Janus Health, Hill-Walters was the Chief Revenue Officer at Alpha II, serving on the leadership team through two acquisitions and a strategic investment from TA Associates & Westview Capital Partners. Prior to Alpha II, Hill-Walters held various leadership positions at Ensemble Health Partners and Healthcare Payment Specialists, acquired by TransUnion. The current president of the HFMA Lone Star Chapter, Hill-Walters has worked with the largest healthcare systems in the United States, many recognized in U.S. News and World Report’s “Best Hospitals in the United States.”

Clay Hatzenbuhler serves as CFO at Janus Health. He oversees the finance and accounting departments, managing all financial responsibilities at the company. Before joining Janus Health, Hatzenbuhler was an investor at Enhanced Healthcare Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on healthcare. He spent his time evaluating, executing, and managing investments for EHP across HCIT, behavioral health, and pharma services. While he was there, he had the opportunity to work closely with managements teams, building financial functions and preparing to scale. He was also an Investment Banking Analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he focused on M&A and advisory to healthcare clients. Hatzenbuhler holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College.
Chief Growth Officer, Janus Health
Amy Sebero serves as Chief Growth Officer at Janus Health, bringing 30+ years of RCM Technology and Services sales experience for both Private Equity and Public companies. In addition, she served 10 years in Public Accounting as an Auditor and Consultant focused exclusively on Healthcare. As CGO, she oversees Janus Health’s Growth strategy through new client expansion, Channel Partner strategies, Marketing and brand awareness. Prior to joining Janus Health, Ms. Sebero was Chief Growth Officer for Streamline Health (Nasdaq). Prior to Streamline Health, she held various leadership positions with FinThrive (formerly MedAssets) for 25+ years and eventually as Chief Growth Officer. During that time, there were over 7 Revenue Cycle acquisitions and resulting integrations that allowed Ms. Sebero to gain a full understanding of complete Revenue Cycle. In her role at Ernst & Young, where she served as both an Auditor & Consultant for large not-for-profit, as well as publicly-traded health systems, she gained a in-depth knowledge of the financial challenges of our clients.

Chris Ellsberry joined Janus Health in July 2024, bringing over two decades of experience in engineering scalable healthcare technology solutions with a product-focused mindset. Before joining Janus, Chris was a member of FinThrive’s Senior Leadership Team, where he led product development for three business units. Prior to his tenure at FinThrive, Chris held senior roles at TransUnion Healthcare and Healthcare Payment Specialists, where he was responsible for building products used by over 500 health systems. Chris began his career at Southwest Consulting Associates, identifying revenue opportunities for health systems and playing a pivotal role in creating a reimbursement model used for the largest Medicare legal settlement in history, involving over 650 hospitals. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Sloan is a Strategic Advisor to the Board of FinThrive, a leading provider of end-to-end revenue cycle solutions focused on software, analytics, services and education programs. Prior to this, Sloan held multiple positions at FinThrive including CEO, President and Chief Strategy Officer. He formerly held multiple leadership roles at PeraHealth, Parallon/HCA and MedAssets. Sloan began his career at Accenture leading large scale financial turnarounds and transformation efforts for hospitals and integrated delivery systems. He serves as a Board Advisor for Cylerity, Healthy Engage, and FinThrive. Sloan holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Jim is the Chief Strategy and Client officer at Aspirion, a technology-leading revenue cycle management company partnering with healthcare providers to capture revenue from their most difficult to resolve claims. Prior to this, Jim was the Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer for TransUnion Healthcare, where he co-led the sale of that business unit to Clearlake Capital and nThrive. Prior to TransUnion Healthcare, he served in various leadership positions including President and Chief Financial Officer of Strivant Health; Senior Vice President of Provider Growth for CIOX Health; and Vice President, Solution Management & Corporate Development of Conifer Health Solutions. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.

Miki is an experienced executive and operator with over 25 years of healthcare data and technology experience, and currently serves as an operating partner at Linden Capital Partners. Prior to this role, he co-founded Verana Health, serving as President and CEO. Before Verana, he was CEO of Tea Leaves Health, a marketing technology platform for hospitals. He also led Everyday Health as President during its acquisition by J2 Global, and was Head of the Global Payer and Provider Division at IMS Health (now IQVIA). Miki’s early career included roles in healthcare investment banking at Société Générale and Cowen & Company. He holds an MBA and MPH from Yale, a BA in Biology from Washington University, and is a Fulbright Fellow. He has held positions as a visiting professor, board member in healthcare organizations, and was Executive Vice President at the Clinton Foundation, focusing on health systems in Africa and India.

Candice is the Vice President of Revenue Cycle at UCHealth, where she leads revenue cycle operations, playing a key role in streamlining operations across the health system. Prior to this, Candice held various leadership positions within UCHealth, focusing on revenue cycle transformation and technology-driven process improvements. She brings deep expertise in healthcare technology and has been recognized for her leadership in revenue cycle innovation across healthcare organizations. Candice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Won is a Partner at Enhanced Healthcare Partners, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in the healthcare IT and tech-enabled services sectors. Most recently, Won spent a decade as a senior investment professional at Guidepost Growth Equity where he led the firm’s healthcare IT investing efforts. Prior to joining Guidepost, he was an Associate at Covington Associates, where he executed a number of transactions in the healthcare and technology space. He started his career in investment banking at Piper Jaffray in New York. Won graduated from Middlebury College with an A.B. degree in Economics. He is also the recipient of the GrowthCap 40 Under 40 Award from 2017 to 2019.

Brendan is a Co-founder of Janus, and founded the company to use power of technology to make revenue cycle worker’s lives better. Brendan led revenue cycle implementations for Epic prior to launching revenue cycle consulting firm, Falcon Consulting, that he built to over 150 organizations prior to selling the firm in 2016. Through his time as President of a conversational AI growth stage company, Brendan learned how to build and deploy powerful AI products that empathetically enrich the lives of their users. Brendan received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. Brendan is a board member at Epic Academy, a STEM focused charter school on the southside of Chicago and is an active member of YPO.
